Welcome to My Website. These terms explain how our digital invitation service works. By using this website, customizing a template or ordering an invitation, you agree to them.
1. The service
My Website creates digital invitations that open in a web browser through a private link. You can customize a ready-made template yourself for free and pay only when you decide to publish it, or ask us to design a custom invitation for you.
2. Your content
You are responsible for the names, dates, texts and photos you add to your invitation. Please only upload photos you have the right to use. You keep all rights to your content; you give us permission to store and display it only so we can deliver your invitation.
We may refuse or remove invitations with content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes the rights of others.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the website at the moment you order. Payment is one-time; there are no subscriptions. Your invitation goes live after the payment is confirmed. Custom designs are quoted individually before any work begins.
4. Changes and refunds
You see your invitation live before you pay, so please check every detail. After publishing, write to us if something needs fixing and we will correct it. Because each invitation is a digital product delivered instantly, payments are generally non-refundable once the invitation is published. If something on our side goes wrong and we cannot fix it, we will refund you.
5. How long invitations stay online
Published invitations stay online for at least 6 months after the event date. Unpaid drafts are deleted automatically after 30 days.
6. RSVPs
Guests can reply to your invitation without creating an account. Their answers are sent to you by email. Please share your invitation link only with the people you want to invite.
7. Our designs
The templates, illustrations, animations and code are our work. Your purchase lets you use your invitation for your event; it does not allow you to copy or resell the design.
8. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep every invitation online and working, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new orders.
