Do my guests need to download an app?
Not at all. Your invitation is a simple link that opens on any phone, straight from a text message, iMessage, email, WhatsApp or Instagram. Even grandma can open it.
What if the time or venue changes?
It happens, we know! Just write to us and we’ll update it. Guests always see the latest version through the same link, no need to send a new invitation.
How do I pay?
Securely online, in US dollars, with any major card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or PayPal. It’s a one-time payment, no subscriptions and no hidden fees. You only pay when your invitation looks perfect and you’re ready to publish it.
How long does the invitation stay online?
Your invitation stays online for 6 months after your event, so guests can revisit it and you can keep it as a keepsake.
What if I’m not happy with it?
You see every detail live before you pay, so there are no surprises. And if something isn’t right after publishing, just write to us and we’ll fix it for free.
My guests are in different time zones. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Your invitation shows the date and time exactly as you enter them, in your event’s local time, so everyone knows when to show up.
